Cant seem to install

I downloaded the plugin correctly, installed and activated. But for the life of me I can find the settings section or how to set it up. Also does this plugin allow for different pickup locations for the couriers ? As I am dropshipping from different suppliers although I organise the shipping, so the pickup location can change depending on the product and who supplies it.
