Error establishing a database connection

  • Like an idiot, I attempted to edit my database in phpMyAdmin. Somehow I either added something or deleted something, and now I’m completely shut out. I can’t get into my WordPress editing site, and I get the “Error establishing a database connection” when I try to go to my website. Am I screwed here, or is there some way to get it back to the way it was before my idiocy took over?
