How to Customize Links ?

Hi Author,

i am Rohith, i am using the WP-BitLy Plugin.

is it a possible to Customize the Link in WP itself ?
i mean, when you login to your bitly account, you can Customize any Link,

ex : https://bit.ly/23wedZD33 to https://bit.ly/Rohith

i want to Customize the link in my WordPress, where i have installed the plugin,
plugin creates the bitly link, how to customize that link ?
