where does th minify files stored in db?

hello , i have a problem ,after i upgraded all the js and css files at the minify section where deleted but actually there is a cache file with them that is working with the minify, but when i change and add files it wont remember them and dont do minify or crate a cache file ata all, i already restored my site 3 time to be sure this is the problem, so actually i cant do any changes unless im sure that it is the problem, need help from seniors or somebody who had this problem before
