Error on Sidebar Arrangement Configure

  • Ich would like configure my widgets on Sidebar Arrangement, I′ve the Sidbare Widget from automattic..
    So, if I press on the button configure, I get the error – message:
    Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ” was given in /usr/share/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/widgets/widgets.php on line 645
    What should I do, its my first time with wordpress^^

    if I click on the warning-screen, so I get a new browser-window with the message:
    The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/function.call-user-func-array was not found on this server.

    any ideas?

    I think I got the same error when I drug one of the widgets, the meta widget, after the sidebar. So, I moved the meta widget down the sidebar and all was okay.

    Try moving the scriptaculous directory that came with the Sidebar Widgets to wp-include/js?

    Oh: And try disabling any Admin-theme plugins you might have.

    I moved the scriptaculous directory to wp-include/js, but nothing did change.. I′ve still the same problem, sadly.

    Ive got the same problem:

    gives the exact same error….

    The first thing i added to the sidebar was a text widget, and got that error. I use the widget sidebar now, but i would like to edit the widgets, and add a text field. ??

    I finaly got it solved!
    Moved to other server(dont think it did any difference).
    But then i deleted old widgets, and the widgets plugin.
    Reinstalled widget plugin, wich was newer version then the last i had.
    And voila! Now it works peachy!

    Hello, I have a different problem with sidebar widget, everything seems fine except that of when clicking the configure button will not show up the popup screen.

    Any idea why this is happening? I have the latest widget.php taken from the automatic website’s (https://svn.wp-plugins.org/widgets/trunk/) subversion.

    BTW, I also noticed that the browser’s loading icon keeps rotating endlessly when I’m on the theme -> sidebar widgets, which means it’s still trying to load something although I’m testing WPMU in my local computer.

    EDITE: Nevermind ?? Fixed it, I edited something in the wp-admin folder but didn’t notice anything why it got affected by the widgets plugin.

    I only edited the Titles shown in the admin such as the WPMU:Admin, Admin: User something like that.
