WordPress changing header location.

A little background: I’m working on a hack/plugin to allow me to use parked domains and a single copy of wordpress to run unlimited blogs/websites each with their own options.

The files are uploaded to:
https://revereknowledge.net/wordpress/
and it can access them perfectly from:
https://librarycreator.com/wordpress/

Overall it is going great and everything is splitting up wonderfully. However, if you use the url https://librarycreator.com/wordpress or https://revereknowledge.net/wordpress without the ending slash WP redirects me to www. https://www.revereknowledge.net/wordpress/.
I’m not using permalinks so I know it isn’t anything with that and since it does it on both it seems to be a built in function. I’ve gone a large portion of the files, but can’t seem to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
