Woocommerce Checkout Page

Upon checkout:
1) Billing Address text at top…can that be changed to ‘Contact Info’? I did see a post that it could be changed form_billing.php file inside the checkout templates, but this did not work.
2) After the Billing Address Info, there is text before the place to insert a password. The text reads “Create an account by entering the information below. If you are a returning customer please login at the top of the page.”
This text makes no sense here. Is there a way to get rid of it completely?
