Custom Taxonomy Query

Thanks for your work, when I saw it I was extremely glad.

I was wondering, is it possible to add tax_query to filter out the retrieved posts for a certain custom taxonomy? I have played a bit with it and took a look at your code, but I am not sure whether it is possible or not.
