no SAVE button on MyCurator New Topic page

I’ve gone through all the HELP and documentation, but there is no SAVE button on MyCurator New Topic page.
I have Topic Search 1 empty; Topic Search 2 populated per all instructions, e.g., 2 characters or more, double quotes around phrases, no punctuation, etc.
Topic Excluded is blank.
Minimum Article Length (in words) is set to 100.
Exclude if No Image is unchecked.
Skip These Domains is empty for now.
Choose Type is RELEVANCE.
Topic Status is MANUAL.
User for MyCurator Posts is NOT SET, though I’ve had it set to an admin acct.
Assign to Category is set to the preferred category.
Or Create New Category is blank.
Use Search 2 Keywords as Tags is checked.
OR Assign to a Single Tag [no text box or drop-down menu]
Nothing is shown in the content section of the page after that.
