Empty log-in name error

    I am trying the plug-in, and at first it worked for a test import (and an email was sent.
    By further testing, no email was sent.
    I deleted the subscriber again, and tried again; import failed

    The error log says
    [Line 1] Cannot create a user with an empty login name.

    However: Looking in PhPMyAdmin:
    In the user_table the user_login is imported into the user_login column
    But in the user_meta data table, it seems to get imported as nickname.

    Also the user_meta data seem to hold onto data from deleted subscribers, is that supposed to be that way?
