Line breaks in sPdfMessage – Header for PDF and Print view

    Hi!

    I really love your TablePress WordPress Plugin, but I have some problems with the TableTools. I Am trying to add a header with Company name and table description to the PDF und Print view. But this doesn’t work easily, so I am editing the TableTools js file. My problem is, that I can’t make Line Breaks to sPdfMessage. If I write: sPdfMessage:”Lastname \n Firstname” -> only Lastname will be printed to the PDF file. Can you please please help me to get the header? Thank you.

    Hi Marc,

    thanks for your question.

    Unfortunately, I’m not able to help with such specific questions to the TableTools JS script. As that’s an addon to the DataTables JS library from https://www.datatables.net , you should maybe ask in the forums there.
    I’m not the developer of that library, but only use it in TablePress, and thus am not familiar with such details. Sorry ??
