Full text posts, and thumbnails not appearing

Also is there a way to add an active widget to the top right sidebar? I want to add social media links there.

If you want to display full posts instead of excerpts you’ll need to
1. Make a child theme
2. modify the content.php file.

On line #18, change <?php the_excerpt(); ?> to <?php the_content(); ?>

For your image thumbnails, are you adding featured images to each posts?

For the right sidebar, there is no right sidebar but only a fat footer. This theme is a single column theme. If you wanted a sidebar, you would need to modify more php in your child theme. It’s possible, but would require a bit of work.

Thank you that helps. I was not adding featured images, simply inserting them into the post. So that solves that.

Instead of a right sidebar, do you know of any good social media plugins that would allow me to have links for people to follow my blog, facebook, twitter, etc.?
