Static map link not using SSL

With the new SSL support modification, it seems the static map link was left behind. Suggest changing line 308 of Maps.php

from:

$url = 'https://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?';

to

$protocol = is_ssl() ? 'https' : 'http';
$url = $protocol . '://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?';

Otherwise the site still indicates non-ssl content and makes browsers unhappy.
