/wp-login.php?redirect_to= reauth=1 problem

Hi guys,

We have made a page for a company that takes a lot of orders online with Gravityforms. They add the url from the Gravityform entries in a Excel sheet so they can look up the order when they are going to do it (original url: https://sitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_entries&view=entry&id=5&lid=105&filter=&paged=1&pos=4)

To make everything easy for the client they should only logg in once, and keep the browser running. But when the link in Excel is clicked, it transforms into the url under and they come to the login field every time.

Why is this? Extremly annoying and makes things harder for the client.

Hoping for response with a fix ??
