  • With WordPress Multisite you can create as many sites as you’d like in the network. Do not try to host 100 multisite sites with a shared hosting provider.

    Question 2: Each theme-shop may have different policies. You should contact them to find out their policy.

    All themes SHOULD be GPLv2, which means you can use them on as many sites as you want.

    Now, getting support is a different matter. Check with the theme devs. Anything from www.ads-software.com is free for all sites on your network.
