Network error on custom template installation

  • To whom this may concnern,

    I recently bought the Jupiter template from themeforest followed the installation instructions, and attempted to import the xml file. When I hit upload file and import everything seems fine, but when I get to the assing authors page, and try to import attchments, I get the following error

    Network Error (tp_error)

    A communication error occurred: “Operation timed out”
    The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

    For assistance, contact your network support team.

    Please help!!

  • that sounds like a hosting/internet issue. I imported some things the other day into a website and it froze. I waited about 45 minutes and it worked fine. I would wait and see. Is it an excessive amount of content?

    However this is a bit differnt. Some of the content has appeared, and other data hasnt. Its like it only uploaded a part of the template.

    Is it the template that you are having issues with or the content from a different site that you are importing via xml?
