Dashboard trouble

  • Hello,

    My dashboard seems to be “stuck” (for lack of a better word). When I try to use the drop downs for “Screen Options” or “Help”, nothing new loads. “Incoming Links” and “Plugins” also appear to be in a never ending loop of loading.

    Any thoughts? Thanks!

  • Same with me – My server was undergoing maintenance. Log into your web host.

    What can I do to fix it under my hosting account?

    @sarapbdubois – start by clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying another browser.

    If that does not work, you’ll need to use FTP (or other file manager your host provides) to access the site files on the server and deactivate all plugins by renaming the plugins folder:

    wp-content
    plugins.HOLD
