Database table is not created quizes are not saved

Hello xeno010,

When plugin is activated and tried to use it on a fresh instalation, I was not able to create a new quiz. I filled in all required fields and clicked the save button and I got the “quiz created” message but in fact no quiz was saved. When I look into the database structure I cannot see any tables in the database that would indicate that it is created on Wp-Pro-Quiz activation.

Please advise
