Link to data of submitted form by time

Hello,
Right now I am using Contact Form Db to display the last recorded submission, however, I would like to ensure that the submitted form gets shown to the correct person by getting the date from the form and showing only that result through a link. I know there has to be a way. Could someone point me in the right direction?
