Now, let me tell you we have different solutions for this issue, and I will guide you through them.
Initially let me tell you, as part of our Contact Form solution, you can add a CAPTCHA field to your form. You can find it by following this path:
Access your ContactUs.com account> Form Settings> Configure Form> Additional Settings. Here you will find the option to add a CAPTCHA code, just click on Yes, and save your settings. So once your visitors fill your Contact Form, they will need to fill the CAPTCHA in order to complete the process.
The other solution we have, is part of our solutions on our premium plans. It’s our LeadQC, which helps scrub out bad leads like “Mickey Mouse” and phone numbers like “555-555-1212”. so this would definitely would save you time and frustration.
This second option as I mentioned is currently on a premium plan, so what I highly suggest you, is enable the CAPTCHA code first, and see how it goes, and please let us know too, so we can follow up with this issue.
