I can not login to my dashbroad

Hi everyone! Please help me to solve this problem.
I installed BWPS, everything was ok. But when I turned on SSL mode, I could not access to https://mysite/wp-admin.
Since can not access the admin page, I used the cpanel administrator to delete the plugin BWPS. After deleting I still can not access the administration page in the browser. Then I edit . Htaccess by removing attributes BWPS but everything remains unchanged.
