images on POST page

Hi, I have installed your awesome theme. I have functionality such that any one can post without even registering. I have allowed users to upload image for the posts. I have gone through the settings of parabola and applied to show image as post thumbnail and it is working perfect. But I want to show the image on the post page too, even if i set the featured image, it does not show up on post page. So how can i do that? Please help!
