Full text, Remove Read More Or make Featured Image bigger

I can’t seem to figure out how to make my website have scrollable content instead of the “Read More”.

I’ve checked the forums here and googled… but nothing seems to work!
Under the Reading Settings, I’ve selected “For Each Article in a feed, show “Full text” but doesn’t seem to work.

I want the full content to display, and have the images show bigger.

If it’s not possible, I’m wondering if the featured image that’s all cropped, to be at a bigger size.
