automatic resetting password on my new WP

  • The installation is fine and working well. But, i observed that when I log in on my admin panel. After 15 minutes of browsing, The site automatic logged out and the password changed. So, i have to forgot password and change the password again and again.

    Is anyone experience it? how to resolve it?

    This is not normal behaviour. Did you confirm that the password is actually changing?

    To confirm if it is changing, do you have access to the database? If then you can:

    1. Check the MD5 hash of your user password from the database
    2. Login again and once you are “logged out” check again the MD5 hash from the database and confirm if the password is changed or not.

    Let us know if that helps. If it is actually changing, it seems like your website is hacked.
