Link blocking does not work.

When customizing the plugin I encountered some problems.
1. https://footattoo.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-iv_membership-settings – Link blocking does not work. I specify a link to a page on my site, which I want to make private (that access to it was for those who paid for access), specify the roles of users, specify a redirect to the payment page. The link is supposedly added, but the redirect does not work, the page does not become private.
2. https://footattoo.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-iv_membership-profile-fields – here in the User Roles column the following error appears – Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/u4733563/footattoo.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-membership/admin/pages/profile-fields.php on line 186
How to solve these two problems, maybe there is an instruction (there is no such thing in the text instruction and video that comes with the plugin)?
