aligning post title with featured image

Hello,

you can change the markup a bit and make the image e.g. float left, something like this:

<header class="post-header">
    <div class="clearfix">
        <div class="post-thumbnail">
            the featured image....
        </div>
        <h1>Post Title....</h1>
    </div>
    <p class="meta post-meta">Post meta...</p>
</header>

.post-thumbnail { float: left; }

This is of course very basic and you will have to tweak it a bit to make it work in your environment.
