  • The query URL you showed me needs some settings adjustments to match what form 2 expects. You change a setting in form 1, advanced tab in the Redirect Settings

    Read this help page to learn what form 2 expects
    https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/query-string-parameters

    Read this help page to learn how to use the ‘Query string fields to rename’ setting in form 1 to map the names to match the 2nd form
    https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/sending-data-by-query-string

    Assuming form 2 is actually form # 2..
    Go to form 1, advanced tab, redirect settings, and set “Query string fields to rename” setting like this:
    from_name=2name
    from_email=2email
    subject=2subject
    message=2message

    Then this would be correct:
    …/&2name=NAme&2email=info%4test.com&2subject=subjecttest+test&2message=MESSAGE
