everywhere it says to open some folder in my PC and add some file. There are nothing in my PC atleast i’m not aware of it.

No. that’s the problem that i was refering to in the first place. i only got the access to WordPress.

the site is https://www.treogsteinservice.no and the guy who created it gave me access to controll the website from https://www.treogsteinservice.no/wp-admin

and it’s www.ads-software.com site i assume, couse there are links to www.ads-software.com from my controllpanel

that’s a problem. i have his e-mail which does not exist in gMail anymore. is there any other way?

no. that’s the company who made my website. i don’t know who is the host of the website and i can’t get intouch with people who created this website for me because theyr e-mais are not in use anymore.
