@louise87: I just pulled up your link and I’m not seeing a white border – did you resolve this by chance? If you are still having the issue can you clarify where we can see it? And it is happening for thumbnails and/or slideshows, and is it consistent for all galleries.

    Thanks! (Erick)

    Hi Erick

Thanks for the reply, the gallery items are supposed to display 4 in a row but instead they all appear underneath eatch other.

    Thanks

I am having the same issue, does not matter what template or display gallery settings i used, all my pictures are no one of top of each other in a list, it does not accept the setting i had before the upgrade which was 3 columns with 20 pics per page.

not that it matters but have you checked in different browsers?

I have another gallery plugin doing the same thing. firefox looks great and so does safari but IE they are in a list

    Hello,

Yes I did, same issues with other browsers. I removed all other plugins that are image related in case there was a conflict, same result. It only happened after I upgraded to the new 2.++ version. Deleted the gallery and recreated it, same result. I had to go back to flagallery. However I love next gen because of the watermark. Something flag does not have.

    Hi

I also checked all other browsers, error also occured after new version of ngg. Think I will just revert back to an older version

    Hey all,

Would you mind, confirming for us that error persists after:

    – disable all browser extensions/plugins/or add-ons
    – Temporarily switching to WordPress default theme > clear browser cache & reload your site
    – Deactivate all plugins (including NextGEN Gallery) > clear browser cache > re-activate NextGEN Gallery only & reload your site

Do any of those action steps help? I know this can be a big inconvenience, we’re very sorry – but since this is not happening for everyone, this does help tell us if there is a plugin/theme conflict. Or a browser related issue.
