    I’m sorry for this inconvenience. To be able to help you, let me ask what version of WordPress are you using? also I wanted to ask if you’re using either Mac or Windows? please let me know the versions of it as well as the browser you’re using.

    The thing is I need this information, so I can talk with developing and they can re create this issue and see what may be causing it. Please let me know and I will follow up on it.

    I am using wordpress 3.6.1 on windows 7.

    I’m also having this exact same problem, so I was wondering if there had been any progress on this issue in the past month. I too am using Windows 7 and I’m running WP version 3.7.1. I was worried that perhaps I needed a unique API key and so I requested a separate key, but still no luck.

    Ideas?
