• After updating from NextGen Gallery 1.9.13 to 2.0.31 multiple imagebrowsers on a single page no longer works properly. The browsers all appear but when clicking ‘Next’ on the second or later imagebrowser instance the first image from the first instance appears.

    All the following are true:
    – MySQL up to date (at least 5.2.4)?
    – PHP up to date (at least 5.0)?
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated?
    – PHP Safe Mode OFF?

Additional information that will help us find a solution:
    – Who are you hosted with? 1and1
    – What theme are you running? atahualpa
    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated? no more than I had with 1.9.13. If I change back to 1.9.13 the imagebrowsers work OK.

    Thanks

  • I’m having a similar issue. With two imagebrowsers on one page, attempting to advance the imagebrowser at the top of the page (imagebrowser #1) results in the imagebrowser lower on the page (imagebrowser #2) advancing to display the next image from imagebrowser #1. Everything is fine with only one imagebrowser on a page. NextGen and WordPress are both up to date.
