Bug – BWP Minify inserts tab/whitespace before doctype declaration

  • With WP 3.6.1 and the last stable version of this plugin I have a whitespace (looks like a tab) before <doctype>

    this messes up some scripts and triggers a console error

    I disabled all my plugins and figured out the problem was when this plugin was activated.

    I was unable to track where the error was from plugin files. I tried to remove all php closing tags ?> but that didn’t fix it

    It might be inside the minify engine or something outputs the page, maybe a whitespace somewhere

  • try to activate the plugin and simply désactivate the capabilities for minification of css an js in admin panel ( if the bug is still there it’s not the minification engine)

    Hi Jibsou, it didn’t work

    but I haven’t tested this with your version of the plugin yet

    my version work perfectly withe the last WordPress version apparently tall me if it change something thanks dude !
