    Hi,

    The instruction text blocks aren’t included into the email but you can customize the email inserting block of texts into the fields. Please read this FAQ entry:

    … a solution is to apply a custom formatting to the email inserting the field values with the tags mentioned in that FAQ entry and placing the texts where needed.
