Translate in PO and PO file? Future support?

In future updates, will PO and MO files to facilitate translation?

Yo hago las traducciones manualmente, uno por uno, ahora voy a probar agregando la siguiente función en el archivo function.php del tema classic (plugins/wpsmart-mobile/themes/classic):
