    Hello.

When you select wp_cron, the submission is triggered with your website traffic. If you have poor traffic, your submission will be so slow.

If you configure CRON (better solution) but don’t configure well your webserver CRONJOB, your newsletter don’t be sent (you’ll see a red alert warning you about it in the admin side)

    Are this your case?

    Regards,
    Carles Reverter.

Hello. We’re tested deeply and the issue is solved in 1.5.8!!!

If you’re sending trough wp_mail(), please, test this function: go to your login admin and click “forget password”, it will send you an email: do you recieve this?

    Thanks,
    Carles.

    Hi there,

I am a rookie and new starter. can you exactly tell where actually this “forget password” option is…? am still unable to send emails… plz help..

Don’t worry ?? Log out, and go to your wp-admin, click on the below link “Lost password”, enter your email and it will send you an email with a link to reset the password. Don’t click it, simply is to test if your WP can send emails trough his own wp_mail() function.

Tell me if the email arrives at your email inbox or not.

    Regards,
    Carles.

yeah i tried that option and got this error:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

Ok, then you should solve this, I think isn’t related to knews. You can try disable all plugins and try again, in order to discard this. I think it’s a webserver misconfiguration, you should talk with your hosting provider.

You can configure Knews submission trough SMTP (recomended), it will send emails without wp_mail()

    Regards,
    Carles.
