blog comments in chinese !

  • Hello,
    This may be an odd question, but I am just building my first new site with wordpress and trying get all the details sorted.
    I have written 2 blog posts already but within the last few hours i have had 12 comments which appear to be in chinese! I don’t speak or read chinese so would like to delete these.( or translate to find out if they are genuine comments!) I have been asked to moderate them but it does not seem to clear when I try to trash them.
    Do I have a bug on my system do you think ?

  • you should be able to trash them – how are you trying to do this?

    I presume you have askimet – if not get and enable it at once or you’ll be full of this stuff !
