Reader Filters and Icons

I’d really like to see a few things from livejournal on my wordpress.
User Icons each post. I’m going to do a long irritating work around myself but having a plugin for it would be really really nice.

Friends Filter. Having the option to set up user groups in which I can post entries that only those groups can read.
