How to use actions and filters to have mobile look like desktop theme

To change the style of the theme, try using the Custom CSS module, as explained here:

In your dashboard, go to Appearance > Edit CSS, and enable the Mobile Compatible mode, like so:

Once you’ve done so, start adding new CSS rules for the mobile theme. For example, the headings could use that same green color you used on your desktop theme:

.mobile-theme h2,
.mobile-theme h3 {
color: #3a7930;
}

The menu could use that same light green background:

.mobile-theme .menu-search {
	background: #d8fbd8;
}
.mobile-theme #access .menu-toggle {
	color: #000;
}
