Google does not index my posts

    I have this website:
    https://www.erasmus-plus.ro
    And its version in Romanian
    https://www.erasmus-plus.ro/ro

    The site is indexed by Google. I submitted a site map. The issue is that Google does not index my posts. When I type the exact title between brackets google does not find anything. When I type the name of the site it indexes the first page and the widget where the last posts are showing. The posts are original in content like “mina pierduta a olandezului” (Romanian).
    I don’t have a robots file that is blocking google.
    I registered the website with google webmasters and analythics.
    The posts are 1 week old.

    Why is this happening?
