Menus and Categories Not Displaying

Hi

I have tried to duplicate my site a couple of times and everything appears to be duplicating right apart from the “menus” are not displaying in the admin section and neither are my post categories.

They are in the database somewhere however as if i try to enter a new menu or category with the same name as one that originally existed, it tells me that it can’t be entered because it already exists!

Do you know how to fix this?
