Alt and titles don't appear any more

@mervb01 – There does appear to be some sort of conflict on your site as the Lightbox Effects also appear to not be working.

What version did you update from?
Have you checked for plugin conflicts?

I’m not sure what version I updated from, but was quite recent – I’ll see if I can find out and get back to you.

Today I will check for plugin conflict. Also I made someone elses web site about 3 months back using the same theme and versions of plug ins – I’ll go back and take a look at that.

OK – I’ve updated to version 2.0.33 – I have my descriptions back with some repeats, but I think I can fix that via the css. I have deactivate a plugin called ‘Thickbox Prev Next Images’ – this gave me navigation arrows – and was kindly written for me by another member of the forum – think it has become redundant with later versions.

Be appreciated if you take another look at the site though – any suggestions you might have is always welcome.

There is another problem, which could be because I selected the Thumbnail template, but I don’t have the ability to click the thumbnail to see the enlargement – ??

@mervb01 – I’m glad you are back up although it would be nice to see something better than “presentable” (*grin*).

As to the issue with the link in the description, we recently were addressing related issues and may have missed something there, would you be able to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this support topic) with your site specifics so we can get a closer look at what might be going on.

We may need to get a set of login credentials for our Support Team / Developers to get a closer look at your site, you can include them on the form.
