Link Categories Added To My Sidebar

I am trying to add different sections in my Sidebar. I want 3 sets of different kinds of links. I assume Link Categories does this. But when I add a Link Category it doesn’t show up on my sidebar. I tried looking in the WordPress Documents and thought I followed the directions but I am not seeing the Category in my Sidebar.

Any help you can give is appreciated.
