Two calendars, mutually exclusive??

Hi, this is really a presales question – I was looking at the pro version on codecanyon, but cannot ask there without a licence key.

My requirement is that I have 2 offices, and I am at one or other of them- On Monday I am at neither
Tuesday all day in one
Wednesday all day in the other
Thursday morning in one, and afternoon in the other
Friday same
Only work Saturday mornings, alternating between the premises on a week about basis.

I seem to have a requirement that most booking forms cannot support- I need 2 calendars- one for each premises, but with the ability to only offer appointments when I will be there. Most booking software can cope with 2 “doctors” in one location, but most seem to struggle with one doctor between 2 locations.

I need each calendar only bookable on certain hours of the week. I would be happy to have 2 separate calendars, but then can each have different hours on different days?
I definitely think Booking system could cope with alternate days, but I can’t see a way to split the days – a Thursday would need to have different hours available than Wednesday, if you understand me.
