    You have a plugin or a theme setting that modifies the pages html after processing the shortcodes. Most likely wpautop() is run after do_shortcode().

    If you check Table IX-A3 – as i asked in the sticky top thread of this forum – i can maybe tell you what plugin it is.
    De-activate other plugins until it is working ok again.

    Ok, I am still having issues, have not been able to see what is making it not work, but I have turned on the IX-A3 debug as you have asked. If you could please take a look again and let me know what you see. Thanks

    From the Do’s and dont’s page:

    If you have the plugin Shortcodes Ultimate installed do NOT check the (default checked) box Custom formatting. There are also other plugins that do a wpautop() after the expanson of shortcodes ( level 11 in apply_filters(‘content’); ). Disable that!!! it ruins the html created by wppa+
