    Thanks for reporting this issue. I checked your website and it looks like your HTTPS is configured incorrectly – this means WooMobile is taking 20 seconds before timing out at trying HTTP.

    If you’re not using HTTPS I would recommend turning it off. Alternatively, make sure HTTPS points to your regular website. This should fix this problem.

    I’ll lower the timeout value in the next App version to help alleviate this issue.
