  • You would need to move the database (this is where the posts are stored) to the new host. Go to Manage > Backup and backup the database (make sure the plugin is activated) and then install it on the new host. Not sure exactly how to go about doing it but it’s a start.

    Ryan, thank you for your help. I’m having a problem finding the database. I went to Manage but don’t see a “backup option.” I’ll keep looking…I’m sure it’s something I’m just overlooking.

    Best way to get the db dump is use the phpmyadmin function through your host cpanel.

    Along with the suggestions above, to backup your database you have to first activate the database plugin in your plugins panel. Then go to manage > backup.
