• Hi,

I’m using wordpres 3.6 with Pytheas Theme. When i open my website, https://www.rierah.es , with Firefox the slider and menu arrows and the search icon of the homepage are not visibles and I see a code instead…

When i click in any link, everything works fine and i can come back to the homepage and it works.

I dont have this problem with Chrome, Safari and Explorer.

Any suggestions of how can I fix it?

    Thanks.
    Josep

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.

    Oh sorry,

I got a free version and support is not included.. I was wondering if somebody could help me as it looks like a really silly bug.

Do you have any suggestions of another forum where i can ask for help?

    Thank you,
    Josep

FWIW, looks fine to me in Firefox. Try clearing your browser cache.

Also check on these mark-up errors:

    https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rierah.es%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

I’m happy it looks fine for you, these are good news, but i checked in different computers and this error appeared, i’ll keep looking. (I tryed clearing the caché and it didnt worked).

Thanks for the mark-ups errors, that’s interesting because i dont see them in the original code. I’ll look at it deeply and check the rest of my site.

    Thank you,
    Josep

    Hi,

Thank you @wpyogi for showing me the validation service, i think i fixed all of them on my website! (Its my first website btw..)

I found something new regarding to my problem: when i open any link of my website with Firefox or IExplorer without adding “www.” (for example https://rierah.es or https://rierah.es/index.php/empresa/ ), this bug appears (with Firefox I see 4digits where these icons should apear, and with IExplorer nothing shows up where it should be). Adding “www.” everything works fine.

Do you know why does that happends, and how to fix it?

    Thank you,
    Josep
