    I got your mail also. It shouldn’t be. Anyway, i am looking at this matter and re-testing again and update the plugin by today. Please be patience.

    renaming the url to faqs, as mentioned elsewhere on this forum worked.
    The site crash was unrelated to this plugin after all.
