Always working but since yesterday…

Since 3 months we use this plugin and it works always fine. But since yesterday we have a problem.
The comments are not shown anymore. There was no update of any plugin or wordpress installation.
We’ve already uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, but it’s still not working.
